Exchange rates may change rapidly. The rate available at the time you initiate a transaction may differ from the rate available at another time.

We do not guarantee that our exchange rate will be the most favourable rate available in the market.

13. CRYPTOCURRENCY AND DIGITAL ASSETS

Where cryptocurrency services are available, FramelaPay may allow eligible users to buy, sell, exchange, transfer or otherwise interact with supported digital assets.

Digital assets may include cryptocurrencies, stablecoins or other assets supported by the platform.

Automated systems may produce false positives. Where applicable law requires human review, appeal, explanation or other safeguards, we will provide such mechanisms.

21. FRAUD PREVENTION

We may monitor transactions and account activity for suspicious or unusual behaviour.

We may temporarily restrict transactions where we reasonably believe that:

  • fraud may be occurring;

You remain responsible for:

  • outstanding fees;
  • outstanding loans;
  • authorised transactions;
  • disputes;
  • liabilities; and
  • other obligations arising before termination.

28. SAFEGUARDING OF CUSTOMER FUNDS

Where required by applicable law, customer funds may be held separately from FramelaPay's operating funds through appropriate regulated arrangements or third-party financial institutions.
